For solution partners, we focus on industry expertise and technical capability; for technology partners, we prioritize technical complementarity and integration potential. We recommend submitting the application form first — our BD team will conduct an initial assessment and follow up.

We use a shared long-term revenue model — the larger the collaboration, the higher the revenue share. Specific commission rates and minimums are outlined in the partnership agreement based on partner type and tier. For first-time partners, we don't impose hard minimums — we prefer to build the relationship with a collaborative mindset.

Typical process: (1) Submit application → BD responds within 2 hours; (2) Initial call → mutual understanding; (3) Deep-dive discussion → online/offline meeting; (4) Agreement drafting & signing → 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. From first contact to signed agreement, expect 2-4 weeks.
